Indemnity
All guests are entering Tumbili Lodge, Mabalingwe Nature Reserve at their own risk and by the signing of this document they waive all rights they may have in law or otherwise against Tumbili Lodge or its employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors. We individually and on behalf of my party for whom we are legally responsible (my children and those in my care, guardianship or custody), understand and accept that it is a condition of my/our stay at Tumbili Lodge that the Lodge shall not be responsible for any injury or death (whether caused by act or omission) or the loss or destruction of or damage to any of my/our property the Lodge accommodation/services.
Personal Undertaking
Personal Undertaking All guests acknowledge that they and those persons accompanying them are well acquainted with and fully aware of and appreciate the real dangers and risks that are associated with game and game lodges arising from the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects and the risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and/or loss to property which may arise as a result of an encounter with and or the presence of wild animals and or reptiles and/or birds whilst on the premises of Tumbili Lodge. It is for this reason that the feeding of animals is forbidden and by signing this indemnity form all guests undertake to comply with this ruling.
